Ouei Chie was first introduced as a member of The Ten Knights and the Juuzenji High Karate Club. Her name is taken from the Ouei Era (1394 - 1428). Together with Keichou Kiku she beat Kizuki Rin in Chapter 5 before Joukyuu Kunitoshi stopped the fight. She did rhythmic gymnastics until Junior High and has been into gymnastics and tumbling longer than martial arts.
