Saruwaratari Seiji is a member of the Road of Talent. Like Hou Mei he uses kenpo. However, unlike her he doesn't have a muscled body, allowing him to move very swiftly. He also seems to use a "made up" kung fu move called cat claw. His signature move is the Super Dash. He often says things that can be misinterpreted as lewd and suggestive. It should be noted that he also uses a machete and has a crush on Kizuki Rin.
